FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
The rental day is counted from the moment the vehicle is delivered, for 24 hours. So if you rent a car at 3pm, the full rental day expires at 3pm the next day. The minimum rental period is 3 days.
In case of exceeding the free mileage agreed in the contract, an additional fee will be charged according to the rate of each category, which is clarified at the time of signing the contract.
We offer full assistance, so, in case of any damage, we will assist you technically or the vehicle will be replaced by another one with similar characteristics.
